Full project life-cycle custom development

The point of maximum ignorance on a project is at the start. We follow an agile software development methodology which allows us to adapt to new information as we progress.
As a fully remote organisation, we know the value of really strong communications. We communicate obsessively, and our written comms are amongst the best you'll see. At the end of each sprint, we demonstrate progress over a video call, which is recorded for later review and onward distribution inside you organisation. Our sprint reports will detail budget and delivery points burn-down, updated risk or issues, and a summary of progress.
In addition to the initial build, we can offer an ongoing support and maintenance agreement. This covers technical support of a production service, hosting updates, and the ongoing addition of small new features.
Developer resource augmentation
Sometimes you need temporary help from outside your team, either to handle a short-term spike in demand or as cover while you hire more staff. We can help whether you need full-time or part-time hours.
We have deep expertise in traditional full-stack web development, specialising in Javascript single-page applications using frameworks such as React or Ember. For our API layer, we focus on Node (typically Express.js) and Python (Django) implementations that are most often hooked into a PostgreSQL database. We also have PHP and MySQL/MariaDB expertise.
