Telomere use an Agile methodology to ensure we can make changes in direction as the project progresses, ensuring we get the best feature per dollar ratio that we can.

Sprint 0
Agile methodologies allow for flexibility, but can lead to expensive architecture back-tracks. Sprint 0 is the phase where we resolve uncertainty on the big risk items and refine enough stories to get started:

Delivery Sprints
Fortnightly delivery cycles of feature development. We work with you to plan, agree and deliver. At the end of each sprint we produce a recorded demo of features and deliver a weekly sprint report.

Monitoring and Support
Application monitoring to ensure any issues are known about quickly and dealt with promptly. Know about problems before your customers do.

Monitor user behaviour on the application, identify areas it can continue to grow and improve, and kick off new projects.
